I just got my KP files sent to me on a dvd and reinstalled all of them. Everything seems to be working right except, I cannot connect to the new kp2 server.
Whenever it tries I get the unknown command screen that keeps coming up with a mixture of various letters. Anyone else getting this? Or having trouble with
signing into the new server?

I played yesterday AM with Snake(CA) and had no problems. Sometimes I think its the map that causes the problem. I've had
the same problem previously. Did you try again with map change?  |

I was able to get in today. Must have been the map. To bad I don't remember which one it was. Thanks for the reply Vita

As far as I can tell it's the map.
When creating KP2 mod versions of maps recently I found if I tried to put too many single player props into them they caused this error when rotated in the KP2 mod. I suggest you post here the names of any maps causing the problem and Lou then removes them from the server. |

Question Snake, were there any other players in the server at the time you were trying to join?
If I recall there were when I had the problem. Had to actually reboot comp in order to get in. |

Was in server with 4-5 other players. Think the map we were playing was Space Relic or something.
Map change and could not get back in. Looks like map giving the problem is KP2_Shorts. Map running now is WindyCity. NP Fnlou please check this map out. May have to be taken off the server

LOL well the short part was right.. ROF I see what happened. I didn't have my game brower column extended enough.
Only the partial Kp shorts was showing. Full name would have been Kp2 Shortstop. Snake-heard you always play in your shorts...hehe.. |
